Reinhart

Reinhart studied Applied Graphics at the Sint Lukas institute in Brussels. He debuted with cartoons in the national press and worked as a graphic artist for different media. Then he switched to being a self-employed illustrator.

Through many commissions, Reinhart developed a geometric signature style reminiscent of European clear line masters like Mariscal and Ever Meulen. He finally moulded it into a full-fledged comic strip in 2007, with the first episode in the whodunit series Just: The Butterfly Net.

In his second series, Hunker Bunker, Reinhart narrates the humoristic and recognisable adventures of a little family living in a pink bunker. It instantly appealed to a wide public and now appears in several Flemish magazines. Bries published two compilations to date.
